JustFaith Program was an eye opening experience for me as well as a warming one. It gave me the opportunity to relate to the suffering of the world and make a concerted effort in finding ways to help alleviate these sufferings.

We are so privileged and blessed in this country and many times, we forgot that children in other countries are malnutrioned and die daily of treatable diseases, political and tribal wars are fought on a daily basis, and basic human rights are threatened all the time. With this program, there is no cover up. You are exposed to it all, all the social injustices and challenges that people are faced with everyday. You will be touched and you will be pushed to get involved. I am more active in my community and even more active in supporting many programs that focus on providing aid where it is needed.

I hope that you take a moment and think about whether you have done enough to help your fellow man and answer the call to duty that we as Catholics as called to do.
