St. Jerome Newsletter

April 20, 2010

Dear Parents,

Carnival Entering, Exiting and Parking: We have some changes regarding parking, entering and exiting school during the before school drop-off and after school pick-up. The Carnival rides and booths will be set up on Tuesday, April 20th and will not be taken down until April 27th. The Thornburn St. gate will be closed. Entering the schoolyard will be the same as usual. The drop off/pick-up is in the front of the school. The traffic pattern will be in a U shape. When leaving, you will exit by the other new gate. Please follow the directions of the parking directors. Parking will be by the church. No parking in the schoolyard. Thank you for your cooperation!

RE-REGISTRATION: The pink form and $75.00 per student were due by March 15. Some families received a second copy of the form if we did not receive it by that date. At this point it is over 4 weeks late. We are receiving many applications and we will assume that you may not want to return to St. Jerome School if this form and payment have not been received. If you are unsure, about whether you have completed this form, please check with Mrs. Cobbs ASAP.
If we do not here from you by April 23rd we will assume that you wish to surrender your student(s) spot in the class.

FAMILY ENVELOPES: Parents please return your clear plastic envelope with you child each Wednesday. If you misplace the envelope we charge you $1.00 for a replacement.
