 SJS CHEER SQUAD 2006/2007 They made the squad and worked very hard all summer creating a scrapbook, beautiful SJS banners, and learning many new cheers. They survived UCA cheer camp (8 hours a day in 100+ weather-for a week) returning with a trophy for most spirit, a spirit stick and 7 award ribbons for superior effort, enthusiasm, leadership and skills. Their final evaluation was excellent.
They are ready to BRING IT!

Upcoming Events
CYO CHEER COMPETITION: Location is St. Joseph HS, 5825 N. Woodruff Ave. Lakewood 90713 Prelims Saturday, Jan 13th. Songleading Competition is @ 10:30 am- 19 schools have entered. Cheerleading Competition is @ 1:00 pm- 36 schools have entered. The top 10 teams will qualify to compete in the finals on Sunday, Jan 14th at 2:00 pm. Admission for fans is $4 per adult and $1 per student. Parking is available on the north & south sides of the gym as well as the street. |
